One of the first things to say about Hypernova is that it looks great – the reels float against a backdrop of deep space with swirling blue and orange supernovas and galaxies to left and right. The reels themselves are defined by neon blue lines, with the usual expansion of rows from two to seven to create a 117,649 max ways to win game. The 4×1 reel set above the main reels is also present.
The low value symbols on the reels are the 9 through to Ace, whilst the high value symbols are four gemstones – sapphires, rubies, jades and diamonds. The diamonds are worth 100x for six on a payline. There is also a wild which appears only in the top 4×1 reel set.

As with most Megaways™ slots, this is a game that uses the cascading wins mechanic – that means for every winning spin, winning symbols are removed and replaced with new ones. If more winlines are created, so the process repeats until there are no more wins.
