Potato Head is an American toy consisting of a plastic model of a potato 'head' to which a variety of plastic parts can attach — typically ears, eyes, shoes, a hat, a nose, pants and a mouth. The toy was invented and developed by George Lerner in 1949 and first manufactured and distributed by Hasbro in 1952. Big technique was developed by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) in British Columbia in the early 1990s. It has been used in more than 350 cases across Canada as of 2008. The RCMP claim that the person of interest was either cleared or charged in 75% of cases (the rest remaining unresolved and requiring further investigation). Big enters Hooper's Store with his large watch and his Big Kid entourage, and gives Gina his business card. He orders a big cup of coffee; the cup Gina provides isn't to his liking, so the Big Kids bring in a giant one. They also provide a giant spoon to stir it with.
